This past year when my husband, Bob, died and while I was in the hospital undergoing surgery, Kris came and put all my bills and papers in apple-pie order. She organized all the important papers, paid all the bills, and made sure I had all the necessary documentation for the insurance claims. She understood all the in's and out's and was a wizard in solving so many problems.
