Kris was highly recommended to me and I was able to meet her for the first time yesterday. After our work together, I left with my books in excellent shape and a clear sense of what I have to do before she and I next meet. I greatly appreciated that she gave clear explanations of how Quickbooks works and provided assurance throughout the process that all the the tricky things that make me want to pull my hair out were no big deal and easily solved!
During our meeting, I was impressed by Kris's attentiveness as she listened to me explain my business situation in clunky, non-accounting terms. She asked excellent questions, and together, we had a good time figuring out the particular puzzles that my Quickbooks files presented her with.
I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her.
